In episode 10 of brilliant British accents and dialects we head to North Wales with @clairelilleyesl

We found out about the part of the UK she grew up in and about the differences within Wales between the way people speak.

Claire explains that, despite coming from North Wales, many people in her area actually sound a lot like people who come from the north-west of England, due to the proximity.

I also asked Claire about a few words and phrases from North Wales including a 'lyle' meaning 'sweetheart, love or darling' or 'hiya la' as a term of endearment.
